That is a commitment with the italian & spanish governments in the framework of the "Next Generation" postCovid19 reconstruction Program in the UE.
We think that to make a different world after pandemia, is not a whim or superficial desire, it's a necessity due to the fact of the consequences of the pandemia, and not only physical, but in spirit or mental health.
A lot of suffering has been a consequence of that situation, and we cannot turn our face and make as if nothing would have happened, it has, and we must consider it
